Dear Participants,
    The final programme of the IGC 2016 has been published on the congress website. Please consult the homepage (www.igc2016.org) for the detailed schedule of oral and poster sessions. If your presentations have been included in the programme, please check the table to know the date and the session room of your presentation in advance.
    For those who will make oral presentations, please prepare a 15-minute slide presentation and make sure you copy your slides and run a test the day before your presentation at the speaker-ready room (room 311B). Presenters are advised to check if their PowerPoint slides can be displayed properly using PowerPoint 2007.
    For those who will make poster presentations, please note that the maximum dimensions of your poster should be 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). In order to fit the poster board, your poster should not exceed the recommended size. Poster should be printed and brought to the congress by authors.
    We would like also to kindly remind you that online registration and payment (both online and by wire transfer) have been closed on 5th August. The on-site registration is still available during the congress.

    口头报告者需准备15分钟左右的PPT讲稿。请在报告的前一天到试片室（311B）拷贝并试运行您的讲稿。建议使用PowerPoint 2007版本制作PPT。
    海报展示者需按照格式要求自行打印海报（90cm宽，120cm高），带至会上并按照规定时间进行粘贴。
    另外，我们还想提醒您，8月5日起，网站的在线注册和付款功能已经关闭（也包含转帐支付）。如果您还未注册，您还可以现场注册和缴费。
